Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide. Below you will find details of the costs and shipping rates for each country.
In case you want to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped, you should contact us as soon as possible. The change of the shipping address will have an additional cost depending on the destination.
For all shipments to Spain and internationally, the courier company in charge of the delivery and transport of all our orders is SEUR.
It will not be possible to ship to PO Boxes, in the case of the UK, the order will have to be picked up at customs.
Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a link to track your order. In case of absence, the courier will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.
Once the order is processed, it leaves the warehouse within 24 hours.
Delivery time for domestic shipments is 2 to 5 days.
For orders placed on weekends or holidays, delivery will take an extra day.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items.
For local shipments (Barcelona), shipping costs are 5€.
For national shipments, shipping costs are 6€ (Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla not included).
For shipments to the EU, the shipping cost is 20€.
D’ARS goal is to guarantee full customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:
D’ARS accepts returns or exchanges for garment orders in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. We must be notified via e-mail at email@example.com of the return reasons.
Items returned must include the original box with the original tags attached. Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return or exchange. In case you want to return any of our products, the shipping costs and customs fees (if any) must be paid by the customer.
Items returned must be in the same condition as when received. As soon as we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items and make a size change or refund.
D’ARS accepts refunds for garment orders in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. The term for the refund can range between 10 and 15 days from the time we receive your garments in our atelier. As soon as we verify the status of the items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.
